Have monsters that need slaying?
Sounds like you’re in need of a Witcher.
🖤🗡🖤
I’m very excited for this cosplay portrait series to be dropping on the BlessedShadows OnlyFans this week!
This fantasy photoshoot was so much fun, it’s exceptional fun to have a new chestplate in the studio for my more masculine cosplays.
So, what’s your favorite monster, and do you care to toss a coin to your Witcher?
Faux florals are so essential for a photography studio.
If your set or photoshoot feels a little plain or stale: add florals.
Florals add life to a shoot. Yes, even dead flowers add a special touch.
One of the best things about florals in the photography studio is that they give something for hands to do.
Tired of models not knowing what to do with their hands?
Given them a bouquet of flowers to hold. Let them run their hands through vines. Have them cup petals.
Head out to the thrift store or your local art supply store and grab some florals for your studio!
This makeup tutorial is on the BlessedShadows YouTube channel.
Learn how to do this fantasy cosplay makeup look in no time at all, and be ready for your next fantasy photoshoot!
It is officially spring break and I will be studying at a slightly slower pace.
Why not spend your break doing some fantasy makeup too?

This fantasy photoshoot of a forest king came out absolutely beautiful!
Get your own headdress in the BlessedShadows Etsy shop! They’re perfect for any photoshoot, boudoir session or fantasy wedding.
This shoot was such a blast, and is SFW so I get to share the whole set!
To maximize your lighting setup and time in the studio, consider doing two photoshoots in one.
Start with the simpler set, simpler hair and simpler makeup. The second shoot should have the more elaborate makeup.
Remember that it’s easier to build than to remove.
This strategy works even faster when the two shoots use the same lighting setup and backdrop, but of course feel free to switch it up between photoshoots.
Have you ever done 2+ shoots at once? What looks can you think of that would work well being shot on the same day? What shoot looks are complementary?
Can you guess what the second set in this double shoot was?

Artist burnout is real.
And to be honest, sometimes our response is to work even harder.
Take time to rest.
And when you start making art again, try something different.
Slightly new, or wildly different from the art you usually create.
Try a new technique, a different strategy, use different tools. Get your heart excited again.
How do you bounce back after creative burnout?
